Description: China Rose is an annual herbal heritage of the Brassica family. It is a mid-to late-season variety that has pink leafy stems with green leaves which exert an astringent radish flavor. Root and hypocotyl parts of the Raphanus sativus L. are eaten primarily as salted vegetables and also freshly eaten as crunchy radish, garnish, and salad. Radish rose was cultivated and included in the East Asian diet for ages. The Jesuit pilgrims brought Chinese radishes to Europe around 1850.

Description: Fast growing, big leaves show within 2 weeks. The most common western radish. Many, many varieties of the main strain. Commonly used in Japanese pickles and condiments. Excellent addition to salads, savoury dishes, stir fries and very tasty eaten raw. Can be boiled, cooked, shredded and fried. Combine with chilli, salt and pepper and coriander for a distinctly oriental feel.

Sango radish microgreen displays a magnificent purple palette with a particular green that gives

Description: The introduction of "cabbage" into Europe is usually attributed to the Romans, but it seems possible that it was introduced much earlier by the Celts. Often known as Blaukraut in German, red cabbage came into Germanic food culture and cuisine in the 1100s but did not surface in literature until the 1500s.

Description:Mizuna is an annual biennial plant belonging to Brassicaceae or Cruciferae family.

Mizuna is a mellow-peppery microgreen with an aroma that is similar to micro-Tatsuoi, Mizuna microgreens being a more gentle younger rendition of the plant.

Description: Pea shoot is a herbaceous annual plant in the family of the Fabaceae (formerly the Leguminosae). Traditionally pea shoots were used in Asian cuisines. Hmong immigrants brought them to US farmers ' markets.
Taste: Crunchy, quite sweet, very raw, just like pea flavor.
Color and texture: A distinctive touch is provided by the tendrils while the succulent long stem finishes in a ferny layer.

Description: Red shiso is part of the Lamiaceae family. The Japanese have used shiso for its anti-inflammatory qualities in traditional medicine.
Shiso microgreens were introduced into the West in the 1850s. It was not until the 1980s-1990s that these microgreens were first cultivated in southern California.

P. frutescens belongs to the Lamiaceae family. Green shiso leaves are often referred to as ohba (大葉), which means 'large leaf.'
Taste: Micro Green Shiso is aromatic, tender, and crunchy with an earthy, balanced flavor, including an equal amount of sweet and spice.
