Green Mustard is a variety of mustard with a spicy taste of mustard kicks in a few second after the first bite. Its perfect good as an ingredient, garnish and as a complementary greens to cocktails. Green mustard were popular in Roman times but there is no clear understanding of its origin. Mustards have yellow flowers and the leaves can be eaten in different stage of plants. For long mustard seeds were used for making paste, juice and spices in different cultures.
