Sango radish is a nutritious root with a magnificent purple palette with a particular green that gives any salad a crunchy, radish-like flavor with an amazingly vibrant touch.
These microgreens have a crispy, juicy, and spicy taste, rich in active nutritional ingredients.
Color and texture: Sango reveals a reddish-white stem and intense purple-russet colored cotyledons. It is the darkest of any of the red sprouting varieties.

Nutritional information: As all the brassica vegetables, red radishes contain plant compounds that turn into isothiocyanates. Cholesterol and sodium levels in radish sprouts are very low. It is also a good source of vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron and copper, and a great source of vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese.
